Because billing runs through the App Store and Google Play, auto-renewing subscription refunds are requested through the store:
- Google Play: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history, select the order, and request a refund.
- App Store: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and request a refund for the purchase.
