For security reasons, a code is sent one time per number, matched to the device that requested it. We can't re-send a code for a number you've already used, and we can't restore a code you lost (for example, after logging out or deleting the app).
If anything happens to your number in a short time period — reach us immediately (with a screenshot if possible) we can offer either a fresh number to try or a refund.

- The email address you're signed in with
- Your User ID (found in the Profile section of the app)
- The phone number involved (if relevant)
- A short description of the issue you're experiencing
