If something happens to your verification number within 24 hours of receiving a code (for example, it becomes restricted, banned, or unusable), contact our support team — a screenshot of the issue helps. If you have an active verification subscription, we can usually replace the number for you.
WhatsApp and platform restrictions
WhatsApp and some other platforms use device- and account-based risk detection. If your device, WhatsApp account, or identity has been restricted, blocked, or repeatedly flagged in the past, new verification numbers may also fail. In these cases, using a different device or account may improve your chances of successful verification.
Important: verification code delivery and compatibility with third-party platforms can't be guaranteed. The decision to send or block a verification code is made entirely by the platform you're trying to verify with, not by 2nd Line+.
