I bought a number but I can't see it in the app. What do I do?

Try these in order:

1. Go to Home → Get a Phone Number and choose your number — in some cases the number is ready to claim but hasn't been selected yet.
2. Sign out of the app and sign back in to refresh your account.

If it still doesn't appear after that, contact support with the email you purchased under and we'll look into it.
